My husband and I visited Park Lane Lexus to purchase a car and were delighted to work with Datone Jones, an excellent Sales Experience Manager. We shared the vehicles we were considering, and he explained the differences between each option. Before our appointment, we emailed him the vehicles we wanted to test-drive and requested that they be ready for us.During our visit, we test-drove two vehicles but decided to take a day or two to make our final decision. We later contacted Datone to arrange a meeting on Thursday to proceed with purchasing the Lexus NX 350 h. I have enjoyed bringing my son's is350 in for service during the past year and a half, mainly because I was presented with a different Lexus loan car to drive each time. So, after getting to know my various options and working with the stellar service team, I finally decided I was going to purchase a new Lexus of my own. I had owned my prior vehicle for over 17 years, a 2007 Lincoln MKX. Bryan introduced me to Don, who was amazing throughout the entire buying process, especially for putting up with all of me. Don helped find the perfect Lexus - is500 F SPORT. He educated me about the car, kept me informed throughout the waiting period, and even helped me learn a little bit of patience while my car traveled here from Tahara, Aichi, Japan, staying in touch the entire time. Growing up in Detroit, and having family in the Big 3, I had been use to a build and order model, with an easy buying process. Don made my experience easy and fun throughout, making certain I understood the long term benefits of owning a Lexus, available vehicle protection & warranty options, and finance options.
