I wanted to investigate the Lexus Suv choices- I had never owned a Lexus or even driven one. Ryan was a perfect representative. He took his time and was careful to listen to what I had in mind. He was very pleasant to work with and I enjoyed the experience. He was able to explain everything and answered all my questions.
