We Bought a new gx 550. Love our car. Loved Dorothy. We were so disappointed with our trade in offer. We do all our service on 2 Lexus’ at park place before this purchase. The offer was on a Lexus that was serviced every 5,000 miles at your dealership. You offered 12,000 while carmax offered 17,000 the very next day. They sold it the same day to one of their workers! If I wasn’t a park place customer and if it wasn’t a park place Lexus I’d understand that you just don’t want the used car. I even did financing through you even though I had a lower rate elsewhere…and bought an extended warranty. I had to take a day off to go sell my used car the next day. If you want a loyal park place customer I should be able to do everything with you. It felt like I value park place more than park place values me as a customer. Not certain why it bothered me so much because we truly loved working with Dorothy and we love the car so much. I didn’t complain or counter offer.

We had a seemless experience buying our 2025 Lexus NX 350. Michael Synder was very patient as we made selections and test drove the cars. We really appreciate his expertise and assistance with the vehicle purchase. We look forward to returning in the nearest future.
