Need to wait a long time to close the deal. Around 4 hours. Car is still dirty when salesperson gave to me. I am not sure they applied crystal liquid on the windshield either.

He was not pushy, but very informative, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Even though I was looking to buy a used Toyota I was treated as a valued customer. I received top-notch Lexus service. I truly appreciate that. The car I bought is in very good condition with a more than fair price. When I picked it up the next day, the chipped windshield was fixed, car cleaned, and a full tank of gas. Awesome experience!!
