My wife and I walked in and were greeted by Melissa Bryant. She immediately showed us around and showed us what we came to see (GX). As we discussed what we were looking for we looked at and test drove the TX 500h. We liked it so much that I came back a few days later and bought it. Melissa was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. She was not pushy at all which we really appreciated. She helped me decide on trade-in vs. selling myself. It was a great experience overall.

My experience at the dealership was flawless and Kevin did a great job answering my questions. Getting a loaner car and dropping it off were easy processes.My only issue was in setting up the appointment as I was unable to reach a live person the first time I called to ask question and the second time it was someone who clearly was not at the dealership.
