The first sales person that we had was a really nice guy - Kenneth Adkins. He listened and he wanted to ensure that I committed to what I really wanted in a vehicle. He was a very easy-going individual. The second sales person was different. Kariel Nueves appeared to make assumptions about me as a buyer and I wasn't comfortable with that. He needs to understand that every buyer's process is different and when he has a buyer who knows their financer because of how much business and how many cars they have bought, it is better to just process the information and let the process go instead of expressing doubt and making assumptions. He is extremely talkative so eventually he lightened the vibe a bit which then turned the experience around. Kariel then became a great sales person and I had a good experience.
