Excellent from start to finish.

We (my wife and I) visited the show room a few times. The very first time we went to check on GX550 availability on May 27, we were approached by Greg Ebenholtz who asked us what he could help us with. We explained the purpose of the visit and from there we found Greg extremely attentive and genuinely trying to help us.

Sam Perez did an excellent job helping us purchase our new Lexus. He was very knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. We enjoyed working with him.

We had an appointment with Raymond Resch to look at a new 350 RX350. Raymond is great at his job. He is very friendly and accommodating. He brought two 350 RX for us to drive. This will be our third Lexus. We ended up buying a 2024 Lexus RX350. Raymond was very helpful to us. He explained and showed us the features of the car.

Ease of dropping off car for repair. Loaner car was provided and extended when additional repairs were warranted.

Kal did an excellent job of listening to my needs and finding the right vehicle. He was very responsive and thorough in his discussions about the ES 350! Very courteous and not overbearing/pushy.
