I booked my appointment with a sale agent, was told he was busy and then waited some more and spent over 2 hrs waiting. Then a friend made recommendations to her sales representative/ manager and then the process went fairly easy. Bought car in 3-4 day after first meeting.

It was basically through email. Auto brought to my home because I was at work. Paperwork brought to me at work. I could have received it earlier so I could have taken the time to read it first since time was going to be a concern. I would still like to know more about some features I may have on my vehicle. I google it but could be missing something. All in all it is great!

I visited the dealership about 3 weeks ago. I met Datone Jones and expressed that I wanted a new or used Lexus ES350. I have been a loyal customer since 1997 when I bought my first Lexus in Chicago. We discussed my requirements and when I wanted purchase. On Aug 31st, I met with Datone where his findings were presented. After negotiations, I decided to purchase my 6th ES 350. My favorite model of all Lexus vehicles. Many thanks to Datone for listening to my needs and finding what I wanted. While I paid more than I had wanted, I am still pleased with my purchase.Constructive feedback for the dealership. As not only a customer but a loyal customer, there should be a Lexus branded tote for us to transfer our belongings. A small token of your appreciation for our expensive purchase.
