Always a pleasure to work with PP Lexus and Darren Smith. I think this is our 6th care from PPL

Derek Zimmerman (Zuckerman?) was incredibly gracious and helpful.

Our last trip to a dealership, we swore never to go back to one. Raymond Resch made sure we left Park Place with a different mindset and happy with our purchase. The wifey loves her new car. Definitely going back when the new 2025s roll out.

Jason Huber kept us informed throughout the entire purchase regarding the status of our vehicle from being built to being on the way to Plano. On the day of purchase, Jason spent time helping set up the vehicle with my personal settings.

Great experience

Don Michelle was my sales associate. He was very thorough and patient throughout the process and made me feel at ease and welcome.

Came in to browse the new model Lexus's. Ran into a young salesman named Nick Hawley, who explained the new models and features. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. After some time I decided to purchase a new 2024 300h. The sales and delivery was very smooth. Nick fulfilled all of my requests for information and to arrange for the added options I ordered. Nick is a very organized and capable sales person. I hope Park Place Lexus treats him good.

Austin was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of our questions
