Jolly was great. Made the process of buying a car for our daughter to use a no pressure and easy experience. My wife was at Grapevine Park Place dealership a couple of years back with the purpose of buying an Fsport sedan they had. She said the salesman made her feel as if she was not worth his time and offered little to no assistance even though she told him she currently owned a Toyota and was ready to get rid of her SUV and buy a Lexus sport sedan.
