Professional and Friendly Staffs.

The experience was great other than the fact that we had an 11:30 appt scheduled, that was bumped to 12 because someone unexpectedly came in, which ultimately set us back over an hour and a half. I am not sure why the unexpected person wasn’t told they needed to come back or put on the schedule. We were at the dealership from 11:45 am until 5pm and that is way too long.

Darren was great to work with. Very personable.

Good experience however Rodney could do less of the back and forth saying what the finance manager won’t do. As each time I sent him back in with my updated wants the manager was able to compensate me. Could have saved us both hours perhaps he should just say let me see what I can do.. also I haven’t received want follow up call or email from him personally I suppose now that he got the sale it doesn’t matter ?
