I bought a car. The salesperson was nice. The actual sale took a bit longer than I would have preferred (lots of going back and forth). I drove off not know how to work the car… heavy rain and I didn’t know how to work the lights or wipers. I’m getting up to speed but it would sure be nice if Lexus had a video library on YouTube to help with the advanced driving. (The manual is time consuming) There are plenty of videos by others, but takes about 15+ minutes to weed through them to get to one that matches your model. Overall I’m very happy with the sale but just giving some constructive feedback to help with the 5th star.
