The waiting area was very pleasant.

Everything was great. I had to unfortunately come back a week after my big maintenance day already lol due to battery problems. But the process was quick, smooth, and extremely convienant for my busy work schedule.

We came later in the evening and the dealership even closed, but they still accommodated us with no issue

From the first contact through the moment I drove my new car off the lot, this was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Truly a perfect experience for us. The showroom and amenities are impeccable. We met Chris (GM), Blake (Sales Manager), and Don (our sales associate)-- and they were each warm, knowledgeable, engaged, and welcoming. They listened to our needs, helped us informed decisions, and held up every promise--- and then some. I cannot say enough good things about our experience- and we have told everyone that Park Place is amazing!
