My daughter is about to get her license so we wanted to start looking for a car for her. She really wanted a Lexus and Kyle helped us get her the one she really wanted. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and explained everything. Buying a car can be very stressful and Kyle made it a far more pleasant experience than I had when I bought my Lexus at another Lexus dealership. He also went above and beyond by having a huge red bow on the car when it was ready for us. It made my daughter feel very special and made her first car extremely memorable for her. My neighbor purchased a car from Kyle and she is the one that recommended him to us. I'm very glad she did and if he still works there when I'm ready to buy another car, I will definitely buy one from him.
