Everything was great. The service advisor and the staff.

Starting with the advisor, this was an exceptional visit to the dealership, with fast, efficient service. On arrival, I explained that the tire pressure light was activated. The advisor arranged for air to be added, which was done quickly, but did not solve the issue. The car was then brought into the building, where it was determined that a battery in a tire sensor was the cause. This was resolved, and I was finished and left within an hour. The service advisor is absolutely outstanding!

Turned in leased 2023 Lexus 350RX and picked up new 2026 Leased Lexus.

It was pretty busy, and I had to wait a bit longer than usual to check in; then my car could not be washed due to running out of time. Ryan did tell me upfront and gave me a couple of options. I decided not to get a loaner car and make a second trip, and will not schedule a 4 pm service on Fridays in the future. Otherwise everything went well and Ryan was professional and kept me informed during the process.
