Jolly George was a delight to work with. My adult son was with me and we both appreciated his professional service to us. He was not pushy which would have annoyed us. Jolly understood our situation and was quick to please us. So very blessed to have a sales person with integrity and pleasing to work with.

Lease a new 2025 Lexus NX250

Roberto was waiting for us when we arrived!!

All the personnel were very helpful and professional

Everything was great

Viktor was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with

Loved working with my sales guy as he was super nice and the whole car buying process was easy!

Kelli Hansen (internet sales) was absolutely the best! She was consistently professional, kind, understanding, and incredibly responsive. This is the first time in my life a car deal felt like a business deal instead of feeling like the salesperson was just trying to take advantage of me. If possible, I will always use Park Place Lexus Plano and Kelli Hansen for my future car buying needs.

good

Hello, everything went well, Shan was the one who helped us to get my desired car, he explained everything to us very patiently, and I am grateful to them and I recommend him to you for purchase.
