Great experience in dealing with Don for the last six or so weeks great closing experience this past Saturday when we purchased the car. But was disappointed in what the sales manager would give me for my F150 king Ranch truck in trade. Wasn’t even offered the mid wholesale value. he let me walk away with only a $500 difference between us. I thought that was a bit arrogant. I purchased two other vehicles from your dealership. I was only asking for mid range value on my truck That’s in excellent condition with many options .

Best experience in a car dealership by far. After a poor experience purchasing my husbands car a few years ago, we were very pleased with our experience at Lexus. The sales manager was with us from the beginning, and it was nice to not be bounced between different people as we worked through the purchase of the car. He even offered me his cell phone charger which was very helpful! The facility was also great, we had our baby with us and were able to change her comfortably in the rest room and drive her stroller throughout without issues.Nick Hughes was great. Also so patient while my husband left twice to grab some items I needed for the purchase. Also the other employees who would walk by were very nice.
