I just bought a new 2026 Lexus, so I brought in my old 2016 NX to get it detailed to get it ready to sell and I specifically requested Carlos Rubio to detail it because I had heard he was the best. I didn't get to meet him, but he absolutely knocked it out of the park on my NX. I keep my cars very clean, but he took it to another level, and it literally did look like it just rolled off the assembly line. I could not have been happier about how it turned out and once I listed it for sale, I literally sold it at a premium to the first guy he came to look at it! I plan to stop by the dealership this week to meet him and give him a cash tip, if allowed, for the excellent job!

Honestly I am not happy with my visit. I gave the service writer a list of what I wanted done to my GX. She wrote the items on the work order, however the tech that did the work decided not to do much of what I had requested. Also small thing but when I opened the hood to check the work two of the plastic push buttons were missing. This made me wonder what other short cuts were taken.
