My experience was exceptional. My salesman Kyle was simply the best. He listened to what I desired to have and walked me through the process, with patience, very detailed in making sure I understood the features of the vehicle and the add packages I purchased as well. The process was smooth with him and he was intentional with listening to what I desired across the board. That say a lot about his passion for his job. He is a keeper and jewel for the Park Place Lexus (Plano) family.

After the purchase, Dorothy followed up with me to see how I liked my new SUV and asked if I had any questions.
