I had been looking for a specific used Jeep Wagoneer Series 3 all over the state. Autotrader had popped up the specific color, interior finish, and milage I was looking for. It was also a few grand under the others I had seen. After submitting for information through the website, Melissa was able to give me a virtual tour of the car since I live in Houston. She was able to get the paperwork drafted up and show me what my monthly would look like. I agreed on a Tuesday and drove up from Houston on Friday to purchase the car. The process at the dealership was seamless as she met me at the door, took me for a test drive, and had my paperwork complete in less than 2 hours. It was the opposite of what you hear about the car buying experience typically being like. Melissa was a huge help and I would buy another car from Park Place again.
