In my 30+ years of buying cars this was by far my most enjoyable experience. The Sales team was very helpful and considerate to our requests.

Ken helped me and my wife select a car. The one we wanted in a specific trim wasn’t available but with Ken’s help, we found a better vehicle while we were there. I wish the factory Fsport floor mats came with the L certified CPO vehicle… Ken helped get an all weather cargo mat for us.

Martin Slattery was on top of getting the can inspected, returned the keys to Don's office and introduced himself to us. He told me where the car was located. Fantastic! He is the kind of service advisor I I would expect from Park Place and Lexus.

Saturday, March 9th, I called my "go-to" agent, Kenny Adekoya, and told him of my interest in buying another Lexus. He said 'come right in". Soon after arrival, he showed me the car that he thought was right for me. After a short drive, I immediately concurred. We went back to his desk, and talked cost. After a short exchange with his superior, we agreed on price, and I left him with my "trade-in" and went home with my new 2024 ES-350. I'm very happey.
