Don Wood and Andrew Kirkland were on top of things and did a great job with the process. They introduced me to a new, to me, service advisor. Martin Slattery was on top of getting the can inspected, returned the keys to Don's office and introduced himself to us. He told me where the car was located. Fantastic! He is the kind of service advisor I I would expect from Park Place and Lexus.

Saturday, March 9th, I called my "go-to" agent, Kenny Adekoya, and told him of my interest in buying another Lexus. He said 'come right in". Soon after arrival, he showed me the car that he thought was right for me. After a short drive, I immediately concurred. We went back to his desk, and talked cost. After a short exchange with his superior, we agreed on price, and I left him with my "trade-in" and went home with my new 2024 ES-350. I'm very happey.

Kyle was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything and we felt very comfortable with him.

It was great, only downside was we couldn't drive off with our vehicle we purchased Saturday night, we had to wait till Monday at Noon due to pick up the car due to registration issues on the KIA side. I was given a loaner for the weekend.
