Unexpectedly needed to leave car for 2 hours of service - mentioned I was on my way to shop at Grocery Store - Service Mgr offered to give me a loaner car so I could do the shopping while I waited, rather than losing 2 additional hours waiting. It was so helpful to my busy day and nothing I had even expected to ask for!

Couldn't ask for a better experience except maybe if it took less time? I don't get people that buy new cars all the time. The whole reason I'm buying a Lexus is my understanding that it's going to last 10 years. My Nissan which I was not completely dissatisfied was getting dumped when the warranty was up. The warranty covered the issues so it wasn't like a financial thing but once a year I'd be working remotely in that dealership. I was happy with my Nissan but unfortunately some kid rear ended me deployed the airbags, but I'm hoping for something more reliable. I think Nissan offers a lot for the money and they don't tolerate lack of maintenance. I'm really looking forward to having a car that doesn't need to be towed to the dealership on a yearly basis. I don't see how people buy Land Rovers because my understanding is that's the same thing and you're not saving money.
