I purchased a pre-owned car two months ago. The driver's seat ventilation fan was making a louder than usual noise, like a fan without ball bearings. This wasn't detected earlier because the cold weather didn't require the seats to be ventilated. Daniel and team offered to fix it as a courtesy even though I hadn't purchased the extended warranty. They even gave me a loaner.
