I had a very narrow window to look at an SUV. Trace Edwards came in on his day off to accommodate my time constraints. I loved the available SUV and Trace was able to expedite the transaction allowing me to be picked up at the time needed to avoid Dallas rush hour and safely get my daughter and me on our way to Houston. I returned on Monday to pick up the vehicle. Trace was very patient as he demonstrated all the wonderful features of my new SUV!

Our salesperson, Herb, was great! He took a lot of time to help us find exactly the car that fit all of our needs. The paperwork process was very easy and took much less time than we expected. Really like the new Lexus! Look forward to driving it each day!

I purchased a 2016 RX350 F Sport. My Sales Experience Manager Paul Kim Two was excellent in letting me test drive the vehicles I was interested in but also didn't try to upsell or offer any unnecessary information as I've dealt with other salespeople at other reputable dealerships. Paul knocked it out of the park by being upfront and catering to my financial needs as well as thoroughly explaining the entire process while being extremely friendly to myself and my girlfriend who accompanied me.5/5 for Paul Kim Two and Park Place Lexus for getting me into the vehicle I wanted!
