The Sales experience with Ethan was amazing. He took care of everything seamlessly. He answered all my questions and gave me a rundown on all the key features in the vehicle. The service was great, but the purchased *new* vehicle was actually a borrowed loaner of some sort come to find out with paper documentation left in the armrest. So upon delivery, there was no new car smell and miles a couple thousand miles on it. I should have seen/inspected the vehicle before agreeing and signing paperwork. I just assumed since seeing another new vehicle previous to the sale to check out the different package.

I had a very narrow window to look at an SUV. Trace Edwards came in on his day off to accommodate my time constraints. I loved the available SUV and Trace was able to expedite the transaction allowing me to be picked up at the time needed to avoid Dallas rush hour and safely get my daughter and me on our way to Houston. I returned on Monday to pick up the vehicle. Trace was very patient as he demonstrated all the wonderful features of my new SUV!
