We can separate our recent car buying experience into two separate positive/negative events, although they both occurred on the same day. We first went into the used car department and was assisted initially by (I will leave out his name so I dont get him in any trouble)....This individual treated us like we were bothering him with our questions and desires to look at mutiple cars. We felt like he was trying to rush the sale and not genuinely wanting to help us find the car that fit our needs. He insinuateed that the cars we wanted were out of our price range and in general, his tone and demeanor towards us turned us off from wanting to do business with him. We left used cars with the intention of going to Park Place Grapevine but decided to check out the new car selection. We found a few cars and was introduced to Kyle and our experience with him was incredible. He was polite, patient and genuinely cared about making sure he provided great service. He answered all of our questions and was able to step in and make a bad experience, great. His collegue Trey stepped into help when he had to step into another appointment and he also provided excellent service. This is our 4th Lexus vehicle that we have purchased from Park Place and will most likely be back when we need a new vehicle for our son.
