Sarah V. was great. We had one person before and he didn't want to help us at all. She answered our questions and was helpful. I am a little frustrated so far as my app doesn't stay connected and I have to verify it constantly. The car tells me that my key is in the car often and then won't lock. I am going to have to go back to the dealership to gwt it figured out as that shouldn't be happening.
