Mr. Snyder was one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. Easy to talk to, personable, professional, but not stuffy with starched shirt and tie and moussed up hair. I felt like he sincerely wanted to help me get a car that was comfortable and took the time (even though he'd told me he gets off at 5 that day) to make sure I knew enough about how to operate the vehicle safely until 6pm.
