Slick not in a good way. Was told you were same dealership as grapevine and could use Costco auto buying program. Never saw invoice. Vehicle interested in was placed on showroom floor so that we could not turn on and see that it has lesser 8” screen than the one we were comparing with. Paid same price as if getting bigger screen. Not at all similar experience as previous two purchases. Nice salesman, but poor tactics. At least my husband got the color he wanted. Not returning. Addendum. I was contacted by sales manager. He commented on my review stating that they were willing to switch vehicles for a vehicle that had the 12.5” monitor we thought we were getting for the same price. That was not my understanding. He did not mention the same price, but mentioned that we got an extra $500 off. That was the loyalty offer we were to get for the purchase of two previous Lexus vehicles. As for the price, we paid the same price for this vehicle, all incentives considered, as if we received a vehicle with the 12.5” screen. Our purchase should have been $1000 less ( approximately) due to the vehicle having the inferior 8” screen. I still feel very much the same after this interaction.
