We were greeted as soon as we walked in. It took about 3 minutes for them to introduce our salesperson, Melissa, who was a joy to work with.Melissa was very engaging, attentive, accommodating and pleasant!

The whole experience couldn’t have been better. Herb was awesome and made the process quick, but meaningful. We’ll be back for all future purchases because of the experience he gave us.

Excellent experience. Melissa is the sales associate and we can't ask for anything better in any aspect. Absolutely the best purchase experience we ever had! We would point our family and friends to her in a heartbeat!!

It was enjoyable experience purchasing a new vehicle from Park Place Lexus, Trace was knowledgeable and patient with my wife & me. With the amount of technology & with us being boomers we became oriented with the vehicle though it is going to take more lessons before we are comfortable with all of the features & options.
