I have any service done only at the dealership as I trust the quality of service I get

We had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 RX Hybrid at Park Place Lexus. Service took about 2 1/2 - 3 hours long for 5k mile check. Also asked for tech assistant on key fob, ever since purchase of vehicle unable to have key fob recognize driver. This was a 2nd attempt after previous visit a month earlier for recall.

I very much appreciated the candid kindness with which I was treated, and the flexibility that was provided to me with my financial situation to ensure I got my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership prepared to have to assert myself in order to represent my needs to get a good deal on vehicle services and financing, but the staff easily met and exceeded my expectations. It was a relief, and it made my sales experience very enjoyable.
