Our sales person Rodney was fantastic! We purchased another new vehicle in less than 7 months with Park Place. I would have liked to received a bigger reduction on this vehicle since we purchased 2 this year and the inflation raised the car prices up in that short 7 month period. Or, some service features highly discounted. With that said I would suggest my friends to visit Mr. Rodney for their next purchase.

IT WAS GREAT

Antonio took great care of me. I was able to call on Friday and request an appointment for Saturday for the Crystal Fusion/protection to be applied to the windshield of our ES350. Antonio met me in the service area and reviewed what service would be performed and how long it would take. I received a text while I waited in the lounge letting me know that I could reach him via text or phone call. Once the service had been completed, my parents and I met with Dylan/Technology Expert to go over the key features of the new car. My parents were going from a 2007 Lexus ES350 to a 2022 model. Dylan was incredibly patient and did a great job explaining and showing us the new ADAS features. He made us feel comfortable so we asked a ton of questions. Overall, we had a great experience at Park Place Lexus!

Working James Trey Mudd has been such an amazing experience. I started looking for a vehicle in September and met Trey but then I just got overwhelmed and stopped my search. I came to the lot several times and there were different salesmen that approached me to help me. I still wasn’t quite sure which vehicle I wanted. Once I was able to narrow the selection down. I knew I wanted to work with Trey. He had the best customer service out of all the people that approached me and I made sure that when I got the approval for my loan I sought him out.
