I found Nick Hawley to be helpful and a gentleman. I wanted to purchase a white car, however, I bought and drove home with a dark grey car. After getting it home, I realized that I had made a big mistake by getting the dark color as the beautiful black grill and black wheels don't show well like a white car would. . Nick has been been great in trying to resolve my situation. The car has been sitting in my garage ever since I drove it off the lot. I won't drive it until I hear from Lexus.
