I inquired online about a vehicle and Trey reached out first by phone call, then by text. Text is great for me as stepping away from work for calls is inconvenient. Trey wasn’t pushy, he was suggestive in appointment setting, and made sure to get the cars I was most interested in lined up for my visit. I set my appointment out a few days and changed it to same day, last minute. Trey was gracious and accommodating despite the short notice. I threw a curve ball in the middle of test driving by adding a vehicle to the line up and he wasn’t phased at all.Trey has a warm and welcoming demeanor, he’s professional, and eager to satisfy his customers. He made the process easy and made sure I had a point of contact on the service team. We brought the car in Saturday after purchase and we met Gustavo who was pleasant and professional as well. Trey made sure to stop and say hello. We will go with Trey for our next purchase as I know I can count on him to ensure quality and care. It’s hard to find people with a servants heart in any customer facing business nowadays, but you’ve definitely got a winner in Trey.
