It was amazing! When I first came to the dealership I wasn’t sure I wanted to purchase a Lexus. I looked at both the NX and RX and Kyle was able to explain all of the differences and I ended up test driving the RX and I loved it. Kyle went over all of the features and when I eventually decided to purchase the 2024 Lexus RX 350 he helped me keep my payment under a certain amount while still adding additional warranty products.
