I purchased a used Infiniti QX60. Without an appointment, I showed up and asked to see the vehicle I found online. Ken Madrid happened to be standing at the front and offered to assist me. He was great to work with….calm, patient, honest, willing to answer my questions, and give me time to discuss with my husband. I had been to multiple dealerships and driven multiple QX60s and Lexus Park Place by far was a step above the rest. The car had been cleaned and detailed to be sold and I never felt pressured to purchase. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I would definitely recommend Lexus Park Place and working with Ken Madrid.
