People were great except for a sales guy by the name of Dean who completel brushed my wife off when she came to buy a car saying another customer took priority when the other customer was an hour late. I guess he did not know my wife’s parents have bought from y’all and we were looking to move our business to you all from Sewell due to proximity. This I tried to go online route and the rest went great as we were buying a car after my wife’s 23 gx was recently totaled in a crash. This dean guy also openly said he’d gotten a complaint about being pushy, all in front of my wife.

Well I didn't actually speak with anyone in the Service Dept. but our Sales Person Carl did. I bought a new car on Saturday and the very next day 2 engine warning lights came on. The car had 5 miles on it when I bought it. So Carl spoke with Rebecca in Service and arranged to bring me a loaner car that Monday afternoon and he would take my new car back to the Service Dept for the repairs it needed. We then drove the loaner back the following day and got my car after they re-set the computer system.
