The gentlemen who greeted us when we walked in was sharply dressed with a very nice greeting. Right off the bat we liked the dealership. Sean, my salesman, who had been working with me over the phone, was dressed and as welcoming. The car was ready for me so it was a fast process. As much as I enjoyed this dealership, w I will go to Park Place Grapevine who is much closer to me. They didn't have the car I wanted and found it at the Plano location. The salesman named Ash at Grapevine, for weeks tried to find me a car. He had Sean in Plano looked as well and when a car came in, both contacted me and I went the next day and leased it. I very much appreciate what Sean and Ash did for me. When my lease is up, I will be back for another, but hopefully in Grapevine because it's so close.
