Shopping for RX350. It is our first Lexus. Initially met with Darren Wagoner. He was extremely helpful and arranged test drives to fit our schedule. He was unavailable the day we came in to look at the vehicle we ultimately purchased so he arranged for Greg Ebenholtz to meet with us. Greg made the process very pleasant. Both Greg and Darren were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would recommend both as well as Park Place.

My husband and I stopped by Park Place Plano to look for a used RX 350. We found one that interested us and went inside to talk with a sales representative. It was on a Friday afternoon and all reps were busy with other customers. We were walking out the door when Jolly George past us on his way to lunch. He heard us say that we would come back later and instead of leaving for lunch, he helped us purchase the car. He was very attentive, personable, and made the whole experience a pleasant one. He went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted.
