Walking in you immediately knew something special was about to take place. Jason Huber met us, took us on a tour of facility, and we looked at the models of car I’ve always wanted. After looking & talking about the RX 350 I realized I was not willing to pay the sticker price. No problem, Jason showed us the NX 250 model and I fell in love! They had one coming in red in about a month and that was it! I so appreciate the friendly, no haggling seamless negotiations that happened next. This is what customer service was truly meant to look like, and it doesn’t stop there. Jason calling several times to check all is fine, answering any question I had. Calling tech support and speaking with Jesse several times with more questions as he walked me thru step by step to make sure I understood what to do to resolve it.
