Starting with the advisor, this was an exceptional visit to the dealership, with fast, efficient service. On arrival, I explained that the tire pressure light was activated. The advisor arranged for air to be added, which was done quickly, but did not solve the issue. The car was then brought into the building, where it was determined that a battery in a tire sensor was the cause. This was resolved, and I was finished and left within an hour. The service advisor is absolutely outstanding!

Turned in leased 2023 Lexus 350RX and picked up new 2026 Leased Lexus.

It was pretty busy, and I had to wait a bit longer than usual to check in; then my car could not be washed due to running out of time. Ryan did tell me upfront and gave me a couple of options. I decided not to get a loaner car and make a second trip, and will not schedule a 4 pm service on Fridays in the future. Otherwise everything went well and Ryan was professional and kept me informed during the process.

We came in to talk to our salesman about trading up for an RX350h from my NX350. I was so pleased that Ryan was still there from our first purchase of a Lexus and from a Park Place dealership. There is such a difference walking into Park Place Lexus Plano. From the greeting to the test drive of the vehicle to finalizing the paperwork, it’s done with ease, no pressure tactics and none of the usual “games” you have to play at most dealerships.
