It was pretty busy, and I had to wait a bit longer than usual to check in; then my car could not be washed due to running out of time. Ryan did tell me upfront and gave me a couple of options. I decided not to get a loaner car and make a second trip, and will not schedule a 4 pm service on Fridays in the future. Otherwise everything went well and Ryan was professional and kept me informed during the process.
