Excellent buying experience!

We purchased our leased Lexus RX350L from Park Place in 2021. This year we purchased a pre-owned Lexus GX 460. We called and spoke with Dean McCaskill. He provided great information, send texts and emails with pictures and information that allowed us to make our decision BEFORE we drove 2 hours to view the vehicle. Dean provided wonderful service and took care of items we had not even thought to ask about! He is a wonderful salesman: caring, personable, very customer oriented. He is one of the reasons we will come back to Park Place Lexus.

Service was really great. Was able to look at cars with our dealer, Austin, and he was very helpful in looking into all of the car fax and recommending other car options I didn’t think of (or know about). He was also helpful at helping compare the features of the cars and what would be best for me personally. Their complimentary beverages was also very nice. One thing I do wish, is that there were some sort of coverage for the cars outside. Other than that it was great.
