Ken was absolutely great, It was my first time buying a car and he made me feel confident in the car I was buying. I have been searching for a car for a couple of months and many of the dealerships were not transparent with all of the details and flat out were not on the level of Ken. Ken made it his duty to give me an answer asap, even if he had to run and ask someone, he did it right on the spot and gave me an accurate answer. Quality service from Ken, he came into work earlier when I requested to come in early (My request was the morning of). He drove the car to my place when it was convenient for me. Ken has made this experience very enjoyable and I am 10x more likely to be buying a Lexus again due to it.
