I came in to see a used Toyota Corolla I saw online. Jolly George helped me. He provided great customer service. He was not pushy, but very informative, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Even though I was looking to buy a used Toyota I was treated as a valued customer. I received top-notch Lexus service. I truly appreciate that. The car I bought is in very good condition with a more than fair price. When I picked it up the next day, the chipped windshield was fixed, car cleaned, and a full tank of gas. Awesome experience!!

Service took about 2 1/2 - 3 hours long for 5k mile check. Also asked for tech assistant on key fob, ever since purchase of vehicle unable to have key fob recognize driver. This was a 2nd attempt after previous visit a month earlier for recall.
