Worked with Dean McCaskill and Ethan Becerra and it was a great experience. Dean had to search the allocations to find our color combination and features but it was an easy process. When the car finally came in, negotiations were straightforward and easy with Ethan. Paperwork went smoothly and there was no pressure to buy any add-ons in finance. Delivery was smooth and Ethan knew the product well.

I like a no pressure sale ! One of my better experiences @ Park place to purchase a vehicle and I bought several cars before @ Park Place.

Its was really fun and we were well taken care of. Sean worked hard to get us taken care of in a timely manner and accommodated all of our needs.

From test drive to the pyrchase process was seamless. Sean provided thorough explanation of all mechanism of the vehicle and we never had to deal with another department within the dealership thoughout the entire process.

Best car experience I had vs all the other car dealerships. I would say Mercedes is also up there near them. No pressure to buy and the person know about the car they are selling. Kent is really great and know his stuff for the Toyota Highlander. They are not worried about how you will pay until a deal is made on the car.

I decided on a car that I know is hard to find. Because of that, I went to several different dealerships(not all Lexus’). Most of them gave me very little attention, one place wouldn’t even let me talk to a salesman! But Greg came through and called me when a 450+ was on its way to Plano! I couldn’t believe it. I was sure everyone wrote me off. I am very thankful for the attention to detail from the day I first walked in until the delivery. Greg handled it all!
