Herb is the absolute best! We generally knew what we wanted but flexible on color and mileage so herb provided list of available vehicles and we screened down until we identified one to test drive. It met our requirements and we moved on through the process. offer was made on our old vehicle as trade-in and after a bit of discussion, we reached an agreement and then reached an agreement on the list price of the new vehicle. During the entire process, Herb was very informative and patient with us. I have never found the process of buying a car to be pleasant, but Herb makes the process as smooth and comfortable as could be expected.
