Greg Ebenholtz at Park Place Plano was outstanding. I left my meeting with him, having signed for a new lease, and convinced I've found a new salesperson for future purchases. I've been a loyal Sewell customer, but Greg changed that. Sadly, Brandon(?) at Park Place Grapevine, showed almost no interest in my business or even providing basic information. He was remarkably curt with me and rude, despite my purchasing or leasing every 2-3 years, and despite a history of this being my 6th Lexus. Greg not only earned the business, but turned the negative impression of Park Place around completely. That's note (and recognition) worthy!
