Most of this experience happened over the phone. Marciano gathered my information and the car I was interested in. Loan application was submitted online. My wife and I arrived at the dealership and most everything was already done. Best car purchase experience I have ever had.

This is the 5th Lexus automobile I've purchased from Park Place. The previous purchases were conducted in a most professional manner. Don Wood was the person I dealt with over the past years of purchasing my Lexus automobiles. He was OUTSTANDING and we had a good relationship. This time we dealt with Don Mitchell. Don did a fine job talking about the features of the 2023 Lexus ES 350. However, Mr. Mitchell decided to show my wife and I the new technology in the ES 350. When Mr. Mitchell said he would tell us about the technology a young man who had been talking to us (Dylan Delphen) asked Mr. Mitchell if he wanted help discussing the technology with my wife and I. Mr. Mitchell said he didn't need the help and he would conduct the technology discussion. After 40 minutes of trying to explain and display the technology Mr. Mitchell did very little to provide us with any comfort in dealing with the technology. After we left the show room with our new auto we drove home and put a call in to Dylan Delphen and agreed on a visit by Dylan to our home to explain the technology of our new ES 350. Dylan did a FANTASTIC job in explaining and describing the technology and showing us how to manage this aspect of the ES 350 at our home on Saturday May 6. We are comfortable with the knowledge that there are technology specialists at Park Place to help with this aspect of the new auto.

My experience at Park Place was very pleasant. The sales manager Ken Madrid was excellent, and very professional. I would recommend my family and friends for sure!!
