My preferences were very reasonably catered to, and I could tell that the staff are very oriented to providing a superior experience to their customers. I very much appreciated the candid kindness with which I was treated, and the flexibility that was provided to me with my financial situation to ensure I got my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership prepared to have to assert myself in order to represent my needs to get a good deal on vehicle services and financing, but the staff easily met and exceeded my expectations. It was a relief, and it made my sales experience very enjoyable.
