Overall, great experience !

They did an excellent job

Honestly I am not happy with my visit. I gave the service writer a list of what I wanted done to my GX. She wrote the items on the work order, however the tech that did the work decided not to do much of what I had requested. Also small thing but when I opened the hood to check the work two of the plastic push buttons were missing. This made me wonder what other short cuts were taken.

The service at this dealership was excellent. The team was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done with my car. The work was completed on time.Thank you to the wonderful advisor Kim Kyle at this dealership for his excellent service.
