I bought my vehicle fully remote as i live in houston. But once I connected with Paul Kim it was very smooth and he was fully professional and answered all my questions . He showed me the vehicle on face time and it was perfect . It was a very smooth process. And the fact that they drove the vehicle down to me, did my swap out for my trade. I couldn't ask for a better overall experience!

The vehicle I wanted was hard to get because of supply chain issues. And their was a bit of a communication breakdown at the dealership but I have to give Jon Pak credit he got it for and I like him. I feel like he was honest with me.

Don is always amazing and makes the process so easy. I have now bought 3 cars from him.
