Overall I’m finally satisfied with my purchase. My lease was ending on my Porsche Macan and Park Place Plano was not going to have an NX 350 F Sport in stock with the interior and exterior colors that I wanted. I decided to purchase a vehicle at their sister dealership in Grapevine, only to find out after the purchase they there was not a way to open the trunk from the inside of the car! Frustrated and disappointed, We reached back out to Plano and we were able to secure a car with a deposit that was being built with all the features that I wanted. The sales team kept me updated when the vehicle was being built, completed, and in transit. Once it arrived, I was thrilled and I’m so glad I decided to purchase this vehicle despite the upset from the first transaction.
