It was great. I always felt Trace Edwards was looking out for us and looking for a vehicle that would work for us. The contract signing software was down so that delayed the purchase process. Fortunately, the Park Place team had a back-up and we went to paper. I also appreciate that Chris Brunner stopped by to say hello and reassure us on the purchase; something I think my wife appreciated as well.The only thing I would change about the experience is that the maintenance contract should be something a customer can decide on within the first 60 to 90 days. As a first-time Lexus customer, I felt the need to let the dust settle from the purchase before I was going to get into anything else. If given the option now, I would probably buy the contract but it felt like it was an unknown add-on at the time of purchase.

Sean was AMAZING! I could not believe how easy the experience was! No haggling, upfront and no hidden pricing, and just an overall pleasant experience! We always dread coming into the building as you get hammered up front and then they send you in the back and you get hammered back there and the pricing is like a roller coaster! Sean came into his office and we never left his office until it was time to drive off! AMAZING experience!
